William Martin have been working with The Portman Estate since 2010, providing Fire Safety and Health & Safety Consultancy Services across 150 residential properties and fulfilling the role of Competent Support Advisor.
CBRE
Having been selected via a rigorous market testing exercise, we have now worked in partnership with CBRE since 2010. We provide a full health and safety outsourced model for a nationwide portfolio of 1750 properties, plus support for 14 corporate offices and management teams.
Our Technical Account Director works closely with CBRE’s HSE Director to encourage a proactive approach to risk management and has driven many initiatives, primarily through Meridian enhancements, to introduce efficiencies, streamline processes and save valuable time and cost.
Cushman & Wakefield
Our Technical Account Director and Technical Account Manager are supported by highly competent subject matter experts and a well-resourced Helpdesk Team, who provide a fully outsourced health and safety service.
A complex mobilisation achieved over just 4 weeks resulted in a successful transition of the audit programme from the incumbent provider and the data transfer from an internal system to our Meridian. Twelve months later, the quality of William Martin’s service delivery led to our being the chosen provider for a further acquired 300 premises.
