Our Technical Account Director and Technical Account Manager are supported by highly competent subject matter experts and a well-resourced Helpdesk Team, who provide a fully outsourced health and safety service to include:
- Health and Safety Risk Assessments, Audits, FRAs and Fire Strategy, Access Audits, Asbestos Surveys, Legionella RAs, Environmental Audits, Working at Height Audits, Task-Specific RAs, Emergency Preparedness, Events Management, CDM Audits.
- Full training course delivery, coordination and maintenance of records via the Meridian LMS.
- Meridian our intelligent risk management software used for document tracking, action management, Accident and Incident reporting, events management and CDM management.
A complex mobilisation achieved over just 4 weeks resulted in a successful transition of the audit programme from the incumbent provider and the data transfer from an internal system to our Meridian. Twelve months later, the quality of William Martin’s service delivery led to our being the chosen provider for a further acquired 300 premises. The second data transfer from another software system was successfully completed in a short time period, with significant improvement in compliance levels being achieved within 6 months of mobilisation.

Our deep understanding of the Cushman & Wakefield business and the engagement we demonstrate to closely support their internal teams has allowed the delivery of services which are highly customised, streamlining and automating previously time-consuming processes. The full utilisation of the Meridian has enabled Cushman & Wakefield to move from reactive to proactive risk management, enabling the team to be in control of their real-time compliance status. Specific enhancements that have been made to the system include: risk profiling of buildings; advanced specific automated MI reporting at board, portfolio and client levels; highly tailored training LMS; bespoke Projects and Events Modules; development of a UK and EMEA-wide Incident Reporting Portal; an online/ offline app for regular inspections/monitoring; and language translation functionality.
