At William Martin, to ensure we remain at the forefront of delivering premium health and safety consultancy services, we have completed an in-depth technical review of our risk assessment approach and as a result, we have re-engineered our risk assessment reports which are issued to our clients.
To deliver our new report formats, which are more balanced as they comprehensively detail the existing control measures on site as well as any required additional controls, we have developed a new Report Writer App which has now been implemented across our consultancy teams for all our clients.
Our Report Writer App has enabled our consultants to effectively prepare for site compliance visits and to conduct their risk assessments and audits more efficiently, thus allowing time for more client engagement and for the provision of more proactive on-site support and guidance.
Furthermore, our new Report Writer App is able to capture additional property information which feeds into our Meridian risk management platform to support a range of new features, which in turn enables clients to display and extract granular information in a variety of data sets.
