Grenfell Tower inquiry Phase 2 report publication date announced
The Grenfell Tower Inquiry has announced that core participants had been contacted to inform them that the Phase 2 report will be published on 4 September 2024.
Phase 2 of the Inquiry examined the causes of the fire, including how Grenfell Tower came to be in a condition which allowed the fire to spread.
The update also states that: “In accordance with rule 17 of the Inquiry Rules 2006, core participants will be provided with copies of the report on 3 September 2024 under embargo.”
