Home Based Role with face-to-face team meetings

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional capable of working from home with occasional face-to-face team meetings. You will have experience working proactively alongside and within a small development team to test and assist with the mobilisation of new developments to our market leading property risk & compliance software (Meridian) and all associated systems. This includes Web facing front ends, Mobile Applications, and supporting Databases.

The role will also be involved in ensuring new client mobilisations and configuration/functionality changes to existing clients are launched smoothly.

The ideal candidate will be ISQTB Foundation level qualified and have experience of one or more of the following: Automated Functional Testing of Web Applications: API (Postman) Testing: Native Mobile Application Testing: Testing of Workflow management systems. You will have a good understanding of Multiple Development methodologies.

You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence & ability to work with senior technical and non-technical colleagues, ability to self-start and see tasks through to completion with a keen eye for detail and problem solving.

Desirable skills include experience with Selenium or other Automated Functional Test Tools, Azure DevOps or other Test and Development Management Tools and basic understanding of SQL Server or other Database systems.

Home Based Role with travel to client offices around the UK (predominantly London)

We are looking for a unique individual to be the face of the software development team. You will build relationships with our existing and potential future clients, understanding their unique business requirements and how this translates to their use of our Market Leading Property Risk & Compliance software (Meridian).

You will be suggesting solutions to our client’s issues and supporting them with their use of the software with the backing of our dedicated helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will have experience learning and understanding bespoke web-based software, interpersonal skills, confidence, and communication skills when talking to people at all levels within a company, as well as presentation skills.

You will be highly organised and able to organise your own diary. Essential technical skills for this role include but are not limited to good general IT skills and excellent skills in MS Office.

Senior Health & Safety Consultants – December 2020

Home based role with UK travel focusing on South East England and North Midlands

We’re looking to appoint at least two additional professionals to our team of highly experienced Chartered Health, Safety & Fire Consultants working for our prestigious clients across the property management and multi-site sector.

Health & Safety Consultants will be CMIOSH or Grad IOSH and close to completing their IPD.

We’re looking for consultants with significant experience of health and safety risk assessments across a variety of real estate and would welcome additional skills in one or more of the following areas: Fire Risk Assessments, Disability Access Audits and Environmental Risk Management.

Both roles are home based. One will be focused on London and the SE and the other role will suit a consultant currently based in the Nottingham / Sheffield / Derby area.
