Senior Water Consultant / Risk Assessor
Strong growth and expansion mean we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Water Safety Consultant.
Working in the commercial property management and multi-site sectors we are registered under the Legionella Control Association. We offer a range of services to assist our clients in achieving full legislative compliance and maintaining safe water systems. The main duties are;
- Undertaking Legionella risk assessments and audits of domestic hot and cold water systems
- Writing of technical reports
- Collection of microbiological samples and submission to our partner laboratory
We’re looking for 3-5 years’ experience undertaking legionella risk assessments of domestic water systems, a science or engineering degree and excellent communication skills. You will be passionate about delivering a high-quality service, self-reliant and hard-working and keen to become part of a team of high-calibre consultants
This is a home-based role for someone with good access to London

Fire Risk Assessor / Fire Engineer
Home Based Role with UK travel focusing on London and South East England
Strong growth and expansion mean we are looking to strengthen our team of highly qualified Consultants with Senior Fire Risk Assessors /Engineers of the highest calibre to work with prestigious clients across the property management and multi-site sectors.
The role is responsible for delivering day to day and strategic fire safety advice to clients, undertaking more complex fire risk assessments and fire strategies and other bespoke consultancy including those requiring fire engineering input. A relevant engineering qualification and third party accreditation in respect of fire risk assessments are preferred.

Software Tester
Home Based Role with face-to-face team meetings
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional capable of working from home with occasional face-to-face team meetings. You will have experience working proactively alongside and within a small development team to test and assist with the mobilisation of new developments to our market leading property risk & compliance software (Meridian) and all associated systems. This includes Web facing front ends, Mobile Applications, and supporting Databases.
The role will also be involved in ensuring new client mobilisations and configuration/functionality changes to existing clients are launched smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be ISQTB Foundation level qualified and have experience of one or more of the following: Automated Functional Testing of Web Applications: API (Postman) Testing: Native Mobile Application Testing: Testing of Workflow management systems. You will have a good understanding of Multiple Development methodologies.
You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence & ability to work with senior technical and non-technical colleagues, ability to self-start and see tasks through to completion with a keen eye for detail and problem solving.
Desirable skills include experience with Selenium or other Automated Functional Test Tools, Azure DevOps or other Test and Development Management Tools and basic understanding of SQL Server or other Database systems.
